State Meet Schedule

Does anyone happen to know the schedule for this years XC State Meet?

As it was explained to me, take the last division from 2017; move it to the first division; then switch genders.

From what I see, looks like D3 was first in 2015 and last in 2016. I was just curious as to how the order was determined..

Perhaps the reverse is true, take the first division and move it to last?
