Does anybody know the race schedule rotation for CIF-SS prelims this year?
I know over the last few years they split the divisions between the Friday and Saturday. Last year (2017) divisions 1 & 3 ran on Friday with Divisions 2, 4 & 5 went on Saturday. Which divisions will be on Friday this year and which divisions will be on Saturday?

Have had a few questions recently about SS cross-country. Here is what I know
1. First day allowable to contact incoming freshmen was moved up to May 1 (previous first contact day was when the students graduated from 8th grade)
2. Total number of contests before league finals has been increased from 11 to 14 for this year. You are also allowed two scrimmages.
3. CIF Prelims and finals are currently scheduled to be held at the Riverside Cross-Country Course
4. Prelims will be on Friday, November 9 and Saturday, November 10
a. Divisions 2 and 3 will be on Friday
b. Divisions 1, 4 and 5 will be on Saturday
5. Division breakdowns will be released when the bulletin is released later this month
a. According to the section office, "division splits should be very similar to previous years.”\
6. First day for allowable meets is August 30. SOP date is October 1. Date for last allowable contest prior to CIF competition is November 2
