What time will D1 long jump begin?

The starting times for the boys and girls pole are posted in the CIF bulletin? Why aren't the times for the other jumps posted? Are all long and triple jumpers expected to report at the same time?

There is only a starting time for the first division (D4) in each event. You only have to report when your division is called (clearly described in the bulletin on page 11). Each athlete gets 4 trials, do you own math as to when each succeeding division with begin. Again, the bulletin say calls will be approx. one hour apart and will include a 15 minute warmup. Notice the word approximately.
